Alecia DSouza
Dental Hygienist
Alecia leads every cleaning and most of your time in the chair. She’s patient with first-timers, gentle with sensitive teeth, and thorough enough to catch the small stuff before it turns into a bigger problem.
Austin Longevity is a small, deliberately-sized practice built around one dentist, three teammates, and the patients who choose to spend their care here. We believe great dentistry comes from time, attention, and continuity — not volume.

Founder & Lead Dentist
I started Austin Longevity because I wanted to practice dentistry the way I always thought it should be practiced — carefully, calmly, and one patient at a time. As the only dentist here, I see every patient personally. I take the time to understand what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and what concerns you may have brought through the door with you.
What that means in practice is unhurried appointments, honest conversations about your options, and a treatment plan that matches your life rather than a template. My focus is on long-term oral health and the kind of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic work that holds up over decades. I’d be honored to be your dentist.
Smaller by design. We’ve made deliberate choices about how this practice runs so that the time you spend here actually feels like care.
We schedule fewer patients per day so each appointment has room to breathe. You’ll see Dr. DSouza for the full visit, and we won’t rush you out for the next chair.
Continuity matters. The same dentist sees you every time, learns your history, and tracks how your mouth and habits change over the years. No handoffs, no surprises.
We recommend the work you actually need and explain why. When watchful waiting is the right call, we’ll say so. When something needs attention now, we’ll tell you that too.
Behind every great dentist is a steady, familiar team. The same faces greet you at the front, sit beside you in the chair, and follow up after you leave.

Dental Assistant
Hank is the steady hand alongside Dr. DSouza during procedures. He prepares the room, walks you through what to expect, and stays close so the visit moves smoothly from start to finish.
Practice Manager
Rex runs the front of the office: scheduling, insurance, financing, and follow-ups. If you have a question between visits, he’s the person who picks up the phone and gets it answered.
Schedule your visit and see why so many neighbors trust our team. We can’t wait to meet you.
